I was chatting with Black Ty/Tyrese recently, and shocked him when I told him I been bumping his mixtape/ album for over a month. It’s kind of funny, yet sad when you realize how little control artist have over music piracy.
Mr. Gibson is in the process of releasing a double album, Alter Ego, which will feature a R&B disc along with his hip hop disc - should be interesting to say the least.

Rocka: So are you doing anything with that “Haterz” song from the mixtape, It’s dopeness.
Black Ty: (He sings) Don’t pay attention to the haters…
Rocka: Yeah, That’s it. It’s on the mixtape.
Black Ty: Mixtape… What mixtape.
Rocka: The Black Ty mixtape, that’s all over the internet…
Black Ty: (pauses) Oh… well, that’s for the album… how you get that?
Rocka: Well, I am Rocka… I have everybody’s mixtape.
