Although Daft Punk is having a renaissance of sorts – Kanye is sampling their hits and their forthcoming film Electroma is on it’s way – it’s been a minute since they dropped anything “Technologic” worthy… enter French electronic duo Justice to pick up the slack.
Similar to Daft Punk, they are also a French duo and are mighty mean with a laptop/mouse combo – they don’t even require the requisite two turntables and a mic. With their debut album †, many are looking to them as the new Daft Punk, and despite that burden it hasn’t stopped their raving creativity.
Check out the video for “D.A.N.C.E.” below – it’s worth a view alone for the electric t-shirts – but the fact that their channeling classic Michael Jackson makes it a keeper.
