After catching the trailer for Tyler Perry’s new film Why Did I Get Married starring Janet Jackson and Jill Scott, we had to present our initial reactions.
- Oh, Lord someone cast Janet Jackson in another movie, and it’s not The Nutty Professor 3.
- Surprisingly this looks like Janet’s best acting work since Chip Fields burnt her with an iron on Good Times.
- Why does Tyler Perry continually cast himself as the romantic lead in his films – when we all know he wants to cut up in a skirt?
- Sort of reminds me of what Girlfriends “the movie” would look like, except without any of the Girlfriends.
- Thank God nobody told Tamala Jones about this audition.
- What, no Jermaine Dupri cameo? He at least could have played Janet’s son, pet or something else miniature.
