You may not know about twins Shane & Shawn of DETNY hustle, but your girl’s been crushing on them for a minute.

Bouncing on the scene in 2003 with their brand of hip and casual women shoes, they’ve taken the fashion world by storm. The Detroit natives - imagine an urban hipster version of the Dsquared guys - didn’t start out wanting a shoe line, but have become virtual rockstars while hitting NY nightspots launching just that - a shoe line.

DETNY at RC Lounge

Creating that rare combination of fashion and comfort, the Black Enterprise cover guys have become synonymous with mode footwear as designers for Puma, Adidas, and Fila among others. I became familiar with the duo, when I realized they partied with me at my own event, the RC & Creme Listening Lounge at shoe haven te casan (pictured left). Which goes to shows, the brothers of DETNY taste extend well beyond footwear, it also includes nightlife.
