After catching the trailer for the film This Christmas starring Chris Brown, Regina King, Lauren London. Mekhi Phifer, and Loretta Devine, I had to present my initial reactions.

  • So this is what Soul Food 2 would have looked like…
  • It seems Chris Brown has a back up plan, since his singing career isn’t panning out so well with Exclusive.
  • Wouldn’t it be dope if Regina King used her influence to get her 227 co-star Marla Gibbs a job.
  • Would have been stereotypical to name the movie, This Kwanzaa?
  • Is it me, or does every black movie have either Jenifer Lewis or Loretta Devine playing someone’s Momma?
