In my next life I’m coming back as Ryan Leslie! Not only has he created an entire career based on style… he get’s to have Cassie coo over him all day.
The follow up to the ultra popular “Diamond Girl” seems to be this Cassie enhanced clip, “Addicted to You.” What I love most about R. Les - besides his minimalistic beats - is his ability to sound on wax exactly how I imagine I sound in the shower. But umm… Where is the album already?

Even though Lloyd is probably the nicest dude that had a hit single in 2007, he’s what I’d consider the classic shower singer - and somehow it works. He’ll ride the beat, but he never speeds off into soul territory. Check him out doing his best 80’s falsetto with the aid of the ubiquitous bordering on annoying Lil’ Wayne. I hope this isn’t his first single.
