“It’s Not You, It’s Me”… Too many times in life, I’ve been on both sides of that conversation. But this video takes those emotions just a step further - and stabs it repeatedly… And yet it resonates.
The best video I’ve seen in years, hands down - and I don’t even like Gnarls Barkley. Not only does it tell a great story, I can’t imagine any other way to make this song into a physical being. Who knew when Goodie Mob called out Cee-Lo for leaving the band with One Monkey Don’t Stop the Show, that Cee-Lo would have the loudest, heartiest last laugh cackle ever.
