People say that when something happens twice it’s a coincidence but when it happens three times it becomes a trend. It appears Keri Hilsons‘ product is so good, she’s become the latest trend – the ultimate accessory for a clip if your a pop divo on the RandB circuit.
Is it just me or does it feel like everywhere I look Keri Hilson is there… watching. In addition to her own energy lacking Timbaland enduced solo career, she’s parlayed a side hustle as everyone’s favorite video charm.
When she’s not out working it along side Neyo, Gabrielle Union and Lauren London being “Miss Independent,” she’s out loving Usher in some dank club. And now even Chris Brown is mixed up in her campaign for urban pop dominance with their new single “Superhuman.” While I generally don’t agree to this pairing – she sucks the life out of him more than Rihanna – it does give the public an interesting way to compare young CB to the aging Usher.
Who do you think rocked Miss Hilson harder, I think Usher was smarter to not let her sing.
