If you haven’t peeped Drake’s mixtape, So Far Gone, then you are missing out on a movement. This kid sounds similar to a Ryan Leslie/Craig David hybrid while he’s warbling, but it’s his flow that keeps it interesting. And considering he’s a Canadian kid (Toronto to be exact) that used to be a regular on Degrassi High, it’s all a bit out of left field.
Regardless, talent comes in a multitude of forms. But isn’t it great Drake is stealing some of Asher Roth’s thunder?
