With fans slowly becoming more jaded with America’s Next Top Model each cycle (approaching 13 now), the generally “blah” response toward Teyona Anderson’s recent cycle 12 triumph isn’t at all surprising. What is surprising, however, are her Elite shots that just surfaced the other day, which are nothing short of orgasmic.
While Teyona was obviously the most photogenic each episode — by Top Model standards, anyway — there was just always something missing with her. Whether it was the way she sputtered her speech, totally trashed the finale’s Cover Girl commercial, or her 10 year-old schoolgirl outfits at judging panels, it all never quite gelled enough to cement her among the contestants who are actually working, i.e. Danielle Evans and Mollie Sue Gondi.
